Registration
Participation fees have been updated in accordance with the budget.
Registration fee for non-student participants is
- 200 € (VAT included) before May 25th, 2016
- 250 € (VAT included) after May 25th, 2016
Invited speakers and limited number of other participants may be waived the registration fee depending on budget.
The registration fee covers:
- Admission to the Conference sessions
- Conference Proceedings and the accompanying materials
- Refreshments during the Conference
- Lunches during the Conference
- Conference dinner
- Excursion
Registration fee for foreign students is
- 100 € (VAT included) before May 25th, 2016
- 125 € (VAT included) after May 25th, 2016
Based on support from our sponsors, scholarships to support registration will be made available for students.

Participant who may enter Serbia without a visa can pay a registration fee on site.
Students must provide proof of status (eg. a letter from a doctoral supervisor). The proof should be sent to belbi2016 [at] matf.bg.ac.rs or student can show it during the payment on site.
